Prepare a setlist for offline performance
Run Download & verify while you still have a connection. BetterSongbook checks that every song revision used by the setlist is stored locally.
Download and verify the setlist
- Open Setlists.
- Open the setlist you plan to use.
- Select Download & verify.
- Wait for the Offline ready confirmation.
Setlists use frozen song revisions. Verification downloads those exact revisions rather than silently replacing them with newer edits.
Update a frozen revision
When a newer song revision is available, the setlist shows an update action for that item.
- Select Preview newer revision.
- Compare Current frozen content with New content.
- Choose Keep frozen revision or Use new revision.
Updating is always explicit, so the version you rehearsed does not change without your approval.
If performance mode says content is missing
Return to the setlist and run Download & verify again. Do this before going offline whenever the setlist or one of its songs has changed.
