Create and organize a setlist

Setlists keep an ordered group of songs ready for rehearsal or performance. Each item points to a specific song revision, so later song edits do not unexpectedly change the setlist.

Create a setlist

  1. From Songs, select Open setlists.
  2. Select New setlist.
  3. Enter a name and select Save.

Add songs

  1. Open the setlist.
  2. Select Add song.
  3. Search by title, artist, or tag.
  4. Select a downloaded song to add it.

A song must be available on the device before it can be added.

Reorder or remove songs

Drag the handle beside a setlist item to change its position. Open an item's menu and select Remove to take it out of the setlist.

Add item details

Open a song's setlist-item menu and select Item details. You can add:

  • an arrangement label;
  • a planned duration in seconds; and
  • notes for that occurrence of the song.

These details belong to the setlist item and do not change the song itself.

Rename, archive, or delete a setlist

Open the setlist's actions menu from the setlist library. Locally created setlists can be renamed or deleted. Server-backed setlists can be archived, keeping their shared history intact.
