Create, join, and switch workspaces

Workspaces keep song libraries and setlists separate. Your personal workspace is private; shared workspaces let a group collaborate.

Create a shared workspace

1. Open Account and workspaces from the song library.
2. Select Create workspace.
3. Enter a workspace name and confirm.

The creator becomes an owner and can invite or manage members.

Invite a member

1. Switch to the shared workspace you want to manage.
2. Open Account.
3. Select Invite member.
4. Enter the person's email and choose a role.
5. Select Create invitation.
6. Copy the invitation code and send it to the intended person.

Join with an invitation code

1. Open Account.
2. Select Join with code.
3. Enter the invitation code and confirm.

Switch workspaces

Open Account and workspaces and select a workspace from the list. The song library updates to show content for that workspace.

Members can read shared content. Owners can also invite people and open Manage members to change roles, suspend access, or remove members.
