Remove a member from a shared workspace

Workspace owners can remove another member when that person should no longer have access.

Remove a member

  1. Open Account.
  2. Open Members for the shared workspace.
  3. Select Edit for the member you want to remove.
  4. Select Remove member.
  5. Review the confirmation message and select Remove member again.

A confirmation appears after the member has been removed.

What happens next

The removed member immediately loses access to the workspace. Songs, setlists, and other content shared with the workspace remain available to its remaining members.

Only workspace owners can manage or remove members. You cannot remove your own membership from the member editor.

Removing members before deleting your account

If you are the only owner of a shared workspace, account deletion is blocked while other active or suspended members remain. You can either promote another active member to owner or remove the other members before deleting your account.
