Anonymous song pull from other workspaces

Be able to pull songs from other workspaces in the database. This way users can share chordpro files which can reduce effort for adding new songs.

User Journey:
1. User goes to add a new song
2. User enters title
3. Suggested results appear if the song title already exists in the database
4. User can click a button 'Pull Song' which then pulls the chordpro and metadata into the editor

Constraints:
In a large database the indexation can take long
Duplicate songs in database
Songs with the same name can cause user to pull the incorrect song
