Send beta feedback and review diagnostics

Beta feedback helps identify problems before a public release. BetterSongbook includes technical context with a report so the issue is easier to investigate.

Send feedback

Open Account.
Select Send beta feedback.
Choose a Feedback type.
Describe what happened in Message.
Optionally add a contact email.
Select Send feedback.

Include what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If the problem is repeatable, list the steps.

Review diagnostics

From Account, select Beta diagnostics. You can review or copy the report before sending feedback. The report may include recent app and synchronization events that help diagnose the issue.

Use Clear to remove the diagnostics currently stored on the device. Clearing them can make a recent problem harder to investigate, so copy or submit the report first when possible.

Privacy

Do not include passwords, invitation codes, or other secrets in the message. A contact email is optional.
